Terms & Conditions:

Payment:

• We accept Bank Transfer.
• Cash and Card payments accepted only on collection of boiler.

Warranty:

• The boiler comes with 2 years warranty.
• The boiler warranty starts from the date of purchase.
• Warranty covers any manufacturing faults/defects within the boiler within 2 years from the start of warranty.

Delivery:

• Orders placed and paid before 1pm (working day) will be delivered in 1-2 working days (Next Day Delivery) or 3-5 working days (Standard Delivery).
• Boilers are delivered on a pallet and signature is required at the time of delivery.
• Delivery is between 9am-5pm (working day).

Returns & Refund policy:

• Boilers can be returned within 30 days from the date of purchased for refund less shipping.
• We can arrange delivery for return of boiler/boilers, delivery charges start from £100+VAT.
• Refund will be subject to inspection and 20% re-stocking charge may apply.
• Boilers returned damaged or in un-sellable condition cannot be refunded.
